lg optimus l7 2

Hi all I tried to do a software update for the first time on my LG L7 II Dual (P716), but it has gone into emergency mode. I've tried to do a hard reset (Power + Hotkey + volume down key) but it doesn't work. All I have is a yellow screen that says emergency mode. What do I do? Thanks Jamie
