Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy J16 and I love to write a lot of memos on it. I’ve been using the default ‘Memo’ app it came with. Now, when I want to write a new memo, it says ‘Unable to create memo. Not enough memory.’

Is ‘memory’ the same thing as Internal Storage or SD Card?

If I was able to connect my ‘Memo’ app to my SD Card, would I then be able to continue using my Memo app?

You might want to look at where your internal storage is being consumed.
This app can help you track it down, by giving you a breakdown of which apps are taking up the most space -

Memory (RAM) is the memory allocated for running processes. 'Internal storage' is the equivalent of an internal hard disc on a computer. Android manages these two areas of memory from the same 'pot'. The bottom line is it's a very limited resource on a mobile device.

Most effective way of freeing it up is to delete some apps.
