1.3 mp camera vs front facing hd

Which is better a front facing hd camera or the 1.3 mp? I'm comparing Droid Razrs
 
For video, the HD camera will be best. For photos, the 1.3 MP will be better. You don't want to shoot pictures with a video camera, the sensor is meant to deal with movement, and has less depth. So pictures come out grainy, even in good lighting.

The back camera will have the better focus, and shots will be nice and crisp.
