This phone is absolutely PERFECT condition, not a single scratch or nick...Never been dropped and comes with box and ALL accessories (Including 2 GB micro SD card with adapter).

So Verizon definitely isn't allowing 60 days to return this phone. I thought that rumor went around for a while, was discounted, then found to be true. That's too bad...just got mine, was hoping I'd have 60 days to try it out.

Verizon's policy is 30 days with a 35.00 restocking fee.
