Android Phones normally, for secure reason, it would not give us root permission. So, some important operations are not permited. So, if some apps that need some special operations, that would need root user. There're some ways from the internet to help us get the root user permission, but we should know, root user could do anything, and that might cause secure issues, so we should be careful.

It basically means that an app is for use with rooted phones only,rooting is similar to hacking your phone and allows you to install custom programs and themes etc
