Seems like it could be a good deal if you don't mind extending/renewing your contract (and you can hear when people call you, which is not always the case with AT&T...)

Where I live AT&T is really not all that bad. I think it really depends where you are

"Waived upgrade fees (weekends)" << what does it mean? like if I want this deal I have to do it on weekends?

If it's still a valid offer then that 10% would come off your monthly bill shouldn't matter what phone. The only thing that won't get that discount is the data plan, just applies to the voice plan portion of your account

I'm assuming they only give the waived activation to orders on the weekends.

I just noticed that the deal give you the option of ordering through an amazon site now. Amazon is usually cheaper right?
