10" Tab any os capable webcam for yahoo messenger?

that's what i wanna know please. Brand and model numbers of 10 inch tabs using ics 4.0 that actually can webcam with yahoo messenger.

I'm not certain but can the yahoo messenger app do video chat using the plug-in.
