100% offline weather possible?I don

I don't have a data plan on my Android phone and most of the time can't find an open or public wifi to use, so I wonder if there's any weather application out there which lets you update the forecast offline. I'd like to be able to get the forecast, for example from my laptop at work, and then manually upload it to my phone's sd card, so the weather app uses it, as if it had been downloaded online.

Is there such an app? I wouldn't mind paying for it.

Thanks in advance.

Duct tape a thermometer to your phone :D

PS: I like "Palmary Weather", you can check it on wifi, and if you are off-line it still shows the forcast that was there before you turned wifi off. Weatherbug doesn't show anything if you are offline. Palmary also looks a lot nicer.

The thing is, you say you can't get the latest weather on your phone, but are you really so far out of touch in the day, and does the weather change that quickly where you live, that you can't make do with checking the radio/TV before you leave the house?
