Not free, but it plays on Radiotime. The Lavar Arrington Show with Chad Dukes is playing right now.

I've read Wunder Radio works better even though it's based off of Radiotime, but haven't tried it yet.

It cuts out from time to time, and eats up the battery, but so did Pandora.

For some strange reason, Radiotime will quit playing a local radio station, so I move to a different one and go back to the original station and it will play. It does get frustrating sometimes.
