Have you cleared the cache in chromes settings? Cleared your history?

Maybe try going into your Settings >> Application manager and doing a 'Clear data' might clear those cookies. But don't forget that this will also reset the Chrome app back to its originally installed state so any settings and things you may have added will get wiped too.
