Just got a 128Gb micro usb card.

Works on my Galaxy S2 phone and Tab 2 10.1 tablet; both running Jelly Bean.

My use, on my phone, is as a juke box. I have a laptop, with 80GB audio files, connected to my hifi via a DAC:-

actually I have an older model.

Now I have bluetooth receiver:-

Wireless Bluetooth BT Receivers

connected to the DAC and all 80GB audio files, from my laptop, now on the 128GB card. Using Poweramp app I can send 320bps MP3 or Flac files to the DAC from the armchair. Laptop only switched now on for ripping purposes. Phone can also pick BBC Radio Player.

Prior to the 128Gb card I had to convert the laptop files to a lower quality to fit on the smaller card and even then could not fit all. Lower quality did not matter as phone files only played over ear buds.

My tablet has a 64Gb card on which I store ripped film DVDs (about 1Gb per film) which I can send to my TV via a Chromecast HDMI dongle. Tablet can also pickup BBC iPlayer.

Of course people with youger eyes and ears than mine may find the sound/vision quality too low.

I would expect that these cards will work on many Andriod phones/tablets

My CD and DVDs, which I still buy, are only played once when first ripped; I sometimes get out the CD/DVD if I want to read the liner notes or play the extra features of a DVD, as I don't rip these.

atthegn, I have a galaxy tab 2 10.1 with latest android operating system, now I have a problem that in past few days has driving me insane. I bought a sandisk 64 Gb SD card to put my movies on it, here is the problem, some movies after copy to SD card totally lose their attributes and detail and won't play. I have formatted the SD card FAT32, I have noticed that the movies codecs and size do not make any difference, the same movie might be copied and play, but the same movies copied again won't play, the behavior is totally random. In past few days I have tried to find some pattern, but I can not find any. I have copied movies through cable, directly to SD card inserted to PC, no change same problem. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Update, the Sandisk 64Gb was fake and I paid very close to retail price, therefore I did not expect to be fake, what it was a 4Gb SD converted to report itself is 64Gb. l notice any file written above 3.5Gb capacity would get corrupted, my suspicion was right. here is the report, do not buy SD card from ebay, it is flooded with fakes.
