1800mah battery

Mine is about 2 day's, if used not to much. My experence with battery's off ebay are not the great but, i would be intrested to see how one of these battery's perform along side the retail one. O.p did you buy the battery in the end?

hope you can provide feedback on the battery koningtiger.. cuz mine just last 11-12 hours due which i used wifi with internet about 2 hours and ADW launcher and thats it so i always hve my Nokia N73 phone as my back-up for calls and texts.

Hi Friends...

I am a hardcore Nokia user and this time bought a new samsung phone (ACE). Although amazed with its feature and user friendliness, i m really fed-up with its battery back up. It hardly lasts for 6-7 hours and creates problem while I am traveling.

Anybody having any tips for improving the battery back-up, kindly share.

Hey ruggy04 : I also keep N73 with me as a backup phone. What I have seen is... Nokia is not techoholic for now (being android a hot topic in the market), yet in durability & battery performance, nobody can beat them. Its my personal observation.

Thanks.

not sure about that 1800 battery!!!! id wait untill 1800s are everywhere before i buy 1! go for a 1500

ive tested my 1500mah from amazon its very good lasts longer, ive had it for over 2 weeks now.

it wont go for 2 whole days because im a heavy user!
i like playing games old skool emulators like mame & genesis!

i keep the standard battery in my wallet but i never had to use it yet.
i charge my phone every night.

Received my 1500 batery from dealextreme today.

Externaly all seems well, it has S5830 printed and same dimensions than original one. It says 3.7 V and 1500 mAh, seems right i think.

I will tell you when i try it.

bought this from ebay (moderntech UK)more than 2 months ago..

moderntech-uk | eBay UK

- wasn't up to my expectations,
- didn't give me the impression that there was a higher cap batt in my phone than the original
- after a while I switched back to the original 1350mAh, and felt that it really lasted longer even though usage was the same
- went back to basics and did these:
- lower brightness to min(no worries, you can still see the screen)
- activate syn only to those wireless email accounts which you think are important to you; everytime it syns, it saps your juice
- stop using live wallpapers
- use a dark static wallpaper instead
- use a appskiller to deactivate apps automatically whenever you kill the screen
