How do i know if i have the most recent version on my phone for android? Do i need to connect to the computer for updates or will it "automatically" update?

I also have the issue with low storage space all the time on the lg optimum v 760 phone.

To check if you have the latest version of your phone, you will need to go to Settings > About Phone. You should see an option to check for updates. It will tell you if you have the latest version for your phone.

I know what it's like to have the low memory notification all the time. That's why I joined up here. Look through your apps to see if there is any applications that you can do without or can be moved to an SD card. Keep in mind that some apps are placed on your phone by the carrier and by the manufacturer that cannot be removed by ordinary means. That requires a process called "rooting" which bias certain risks involved.

Hi will do my best to help you. first Question most recent version. you can got to settings then to system update. then just check for updates that way. and yes when you service provider is ready to push a update your phone will let you know.
Second question low storage. this can be lots of thing but go to settings and then to storage. check total space. you may have a lot of apps or other thing taking up space in your internal storage. check and see if you can move some to your external sdcard if you have one. hope this helps.
 
Hi, I saw your previous question a and I hope I was able to help. As far as updates go, do not need to connect your phone to your computer to receive updates, it will happen over your data or over WiFi.
