Apps 1st time publishing in google play, need help with alpha testing

Hi guys,

So I'm publishing for the 1st time in google play. I have uploaded a 2nd version of the alpha build, but I can't install it, because the phone says "App already installed". But it is not installed, I erased it. I'm stuck now without being able to test it

What can I do?

Did you try "clear cache", "clear data" of "Google Play" application? Sometimes it has inconsistencies.
