2.1 Update and Email Notifications on Eris

Got the 2.1 update for Eris a while ago and ever since then, every time I get an email, I get a notification from both the Gmail and Mail apps. I like the Gmail app better and I was wondering how to disable the built in mail app...any help would be appreciated.

Just deleted my account from the default mail app and it worked wonders...
