Help 2.3 rogers

hey all, looks like rogers is going 2.3 soon according to facebook,, what is the easiest and cheapest(free) way to back up,, and im not going to root or debrand it

depend on what you want to backup

If it's contacts....well save them as google contacts and it will be automaticly transfered back on the device after the update (when you will log back in to the market)

or you can always save your contacts with the default phone app

on the contact tab you press the menu key and it will give you options to save your contacts on a Vcard

for the apps...well the only free way would be to make a list of your apps and download them back after upgrade

just left from Livechat with Rogers Agent and 2.3 is out! Too bad my device is broken i will upgrade as soon i it get repaired!
