Help 2 minor issues cellular and notifications

I'm having 2 issues with my Note 4. One is I'm connecting to AT&T randomly. I have a T-Mobile Note 4 running on T-Mobile. I'm gonna call up about it but I just thought it was bizarre. I don't know how I'm roaming on AT&T while my Note 3 has T-Mobile LTE.

Other issue is when I was a video, on any and every app, it forces my phone into ring mode. If I try to put it back on vibrate or silent, it immediately puts it into ring mode when the video starts. I just put it in blocking mode for now.

Not big issues but kind of annoying. Is anyone else experiencing either of these or know of a possible fix?

Have you checked the network settings:

SETTINGS > NETWORK CONNECTIONS > MOBILE NETWORKS > ACCESS POINT NAMES & ensured that the T-MOBILE APN is present/selected.

Also,while in that page,select NETWORK OPERATORS & perform a manual network search to ensure that your phone/SIM Card is seeing the T-MOBILE network.

If you're still having issues,dial 611 for Customer Care or visit a T-MOBILE Store.

If they can't help,I'd suggest that the store nearest you try a new SIM Card.If that doesn't help,I'd guess the next step would be a factory data reset.
