Help 2 Phones, same MAC adress

Hi Guys,
recently i bought two Lg Optimus L70 D320 through amazon, and I'm having big issues with them!
They drop the calls after only 5-6 seconds which makes them unusable like cellphones, so i'm using them only to navigate the internet. The problem that I'm facing right now is that I cannot get both of them them connected to my home wifi internet at the same time! When i connect only one, everything is fine, but whrn i try to connect the second one it says check your network connection, the wifi bars show that it's connected though. I went to my phone settings and I sow the WI-FI MAC address is the same one in both phones!!! Is this the cause why I cannot connect both of them at the same network? Please find me a solution how to fix it :(

Yes, having 2 identical mac addresses will cause that problem. I've seen this before where custom ROMS have been installed. What firmware are they running??

It's android 4.4.2 firmware version D320n10a, the stock rom.
I didn't install a custom rom yet, I'm thinking to install CyanogenMod12
Is there anyway to change the mac address, I just rooted one of them

I think you will find the mac address will change when you install a new ROM but don't do the same for both phones as you will end up in the same predicament
