First off, Hello! I'm new here and just happened upon this in a google search! I'm excited to see a place I can get some answers. :-D
To my questions:
1. I recently became unemployed and had to downgrade my phone plan so as to save money. I want to download some apps before I lose my web access. If I download apps that say they don't need internet access will I still be able to use them post-plan-downgrade?
2. I'm looking also for a financial management app that has a checkbook register that I can have multiple accounts on that won't require internet access (assuming it isn't necessary for the app to work). It also needs to be free (see job loss statement above).
Any and all suggestions/advice are greatly appreciated!
