2 Quick questions before i flash

Hi I am about to upgrade my stock phone from 1.5 to the new Behold 2 1.6 No Twiz BH_MAN_DOTS.zip it says to use pad format and debug but when i put it into pda it gives me a error about invalid image type but when i put it into the one package slot it doesn't give me the error should i ignore the error or do it in the 1 package space? also do i need to click the 1 package option if i do it that way? its odin 4.0.3 and im using the setup from this post http://androidforums.com/samsung-behold-2/67898-i-have-no-clue-what-im-doing.html#post621804
