Can anyone tell me where I can find my current usage (minutes used, data used and text used) in the My T Mobile site? I am specifically looking for where I can see what calls were sent/received, what date, how long and the such. I am on the prepaid side, and have a problem with my minutes used according to them.
Also, about Google Voice & GrooveIP. When a call comes in through the GrooveIP number, isn't it supposed to be on VOIP, and not count against my plan minutes? I know that outgoing calls on it don't show up.

As far as GrooveIP/Google Voice, make sure you are answering the call in GrooveIP and not in your actual phone number. If you have GV forwarding your calls to your cell phone and answer through the phone, then it will count against your minutes.

As for T-Mobile, there is no way to get an itemized call list online. You might try calling Customer Support and see if they can help you.

The phone number is not a GrooveIP number, it is a Google Voice number -- Google is forwarding phone calls to your phone. If GrooveIP is signed in to Google Voice, you will not be charged for calls from your Google Voice number. If GrooveIP is not signed in, even if it is running (for example, if it is set to WiFi only), then your call, despite being from Google Voice, is using your cell phone minutes.

Got another question about this.
When I get a call through either the phone or GrooveIP, the caller ID pops up with the slider to either accept or reject the call. How do I accept the call through GrooveIP if I can't get to the icon?

I believe the answer here is you don't forward your GV number to your cell phone - make this change in your GV account. Only set it to forward to chat. Then all incoming GV calls come in through GrooveIP. I don't know of a way to make this change on a call by call basis - others may know better. (I ended up giving up on GrooveIP.)

Unless I'm missing something, I don't see that option. All I see is the ones that say use GV to make all calls, don't use GV to make calls, ask each time I make a call.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The change isn't in the GV app, it's available when you log into GV from a web browser. Click on the gear in the upper right ->Settings. The first tab is phones.
