2 vertical rectangles as a contact in my contacts list?

on my andriod phonr, tmobile galaxys s froyo and then gingerbread, before and after root are the 2 vertical rectangles that show up as a contact in my contacts list. I delete it and it comes back every so often. what the heck is it?
