Had my S3 for about 2 weeks now but even before I opened the box I was browsing these and other forums to get a feel for what I was in for. I posted the thread "Gosh you guys are scaring me" and while I understand that every phone is going to have its faults, a lot of what I read is happening to me.
First off, I'll use Boat Browser and Chrome over the stock browser any day but I decided to see how it measured up and AS SOON as I clicked I get: Google.process.gapps has stopped working. I'm assuming it's something similar to HTC Sense but by the time I had those problems, I had my Inspire for a year. I closed and re-opened the browser and got the exact same message every time. After that it happened once while using Chrome and browsing Google Play.
My Wifi has worked great but now it randomly disconnects, so obviously I have to pull down the N-Bar and reconnect or just turn Mobile Data back on. Either way, it
's annoying. Someone posted a thread about going into I guess the loader, clicking Wifi and turning off Power Saver but some say it's only a temp fix and I'm scared of messing something else up in the process.
Any suggestions? Or might I just be better off getting a replacement?
