It's been discovered that the Snapdragon 835 will not become available until April by the earliest. Android generally has a number of flagships that launch in the first quarter but these will be using last year's top SoC. So a new opinion piece at XDA talks about how these flagships from last year will actually benefit from the delay of the Snapdragon 835.
