Countdown Timer with Repeat

Does anyone know of a countdown timer app that will go on autorepeat. In other words I want to set it for s 30 seconds. After 309 seconds I want it to vibrate ring (whatever) an then loop and start the 30 second countdown again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think I tried most of the timers on the market and none have this option..

I have something similar but the finest interval is at least 1 min. It is called Interval Reminder in Android Market. You may want to test it to see if it fit your need.

Assuming you meant 30 seconds (not 309), Tasker can do this with a Task Timer Widget.

You can try TimerDroid.
It is a timer app which allows you to run several timers in parallel and with configurable replays. You can also choose custom ring tones.

I guess it will solve your needs

Does any one know of a timer that can be set up seqentially, for example set a 2 min timer then imediatly start a 30 sec timer then back to a 2 min then 30sec and repeated as much as needed. It is for timed exercise purposes do mins of one exerciose then 30 secs to breath and get ready for the next round. Bonus if it can be set with custom sounds so i could set a sound file that says what task is next.
Any help would be appriciated.

i use Yata! Yet Another Timer App for the purpose.

for akathekrisc, there are HIIT timers in google play. i think even OI Countdown can do what you require.
