$25 Plan no longer available, auto-push to $35?

I signed on to Virgin late last month and the VM employee who activated my phone was kind enough to put me on the $25 a month plan as it was being removed the following month. I then set up auto payment as I was worried hitting the manual "Restart My Plan" button might push me to the $35 plan. So, what I'm asking is anyone on the $25 a month plan who paid this month, did you pay the same, or more?

If your plan was started before 20 July 2011 your plan should remain $25 per month. If you have anything other than that call VM Customer Care.

I called customer service. My plan will remain $25.

Mine is still at $25.

I found that noise out the hard way. Got me a top-up card at 7-11 and dropped 35 bucks on the reloadable card. Topped up automatically and I still have 10 dollars on the card. hahah.
