3.0 update text size issue

hi i had an update the other day to 3.0 scence on my desire hd , and while I do like it , its nice , the only prob is tht the phone system text is really small and i did nt set it tht way it was a normal size befote the update , so help can this text size be changed ?
( frustrated ) lol

Edit: While you are on any website, just tap menu - more - settings - scroll to "set text size."
