3 day reminder

I need to be able to remind my wife, every three days (forever) to take a particular medication.

I therefore could use an App that is going to signal me once every three days, and then automatically reset itself, or have me easily reset it for the next three days.

Any suggestions?

You could set a repeating calendar event maybe?

Or you could have an app like Tasker, Llama, or automateit send you a text message or alert every 3 days to tell you.
