$30 Prepaid Plan compatability

I stumbled across this plan, which I know you all know about. My question is this. On the sticky for said plan, it's stated that any Tmo phone can be used. I'm thinking of the LG F3. On the prepaid website, it's says you can buy it at Walmart. Now on Walmart's site it asks for a zip code and when I put mine (93311), it says "Warning:This phone will not work in the 93309 Zip Code". Now I'm confused because when I go to Tmo's regular site and put my zip, the phone is compatible. Can anyone shed some light on this?


P.S.
Also when I checked the sim card site it also says the F3 isn't compatible?

I would try calling T-Mo and talk to them. I had some issues activating my Moto G (unlocked) and getting that plan, but after talking to someone (after I got a SIM at a local store) it wasn't a problem.
