...for a little nerd surprise, go to the google search page and make sure your volume is turned up. then click on "insert a coin" and enjoy a game :o
 
I do tech support, and have fielded 3 calls so far from people who can't figure out why the siren and the bloopy music are playing.

They were sure it was my fault. It was Google's, and/or the users for making Google their home page or (even more confusingly) a "load in the background" second tab behind their home page.

Freaked more than a few people out.

Search pages should be quiet, as far as I'm concerned.

just a bit of fun. I like it when google does those things. Just proves how stupid (and grumpy) ppl can be that they'd call up tech support for something like that. Sigh.
 
Hard to believe it's been that long. I played some but my sisters would play for hours on end.

Dang feeling old now. LOL :D
 
Thats why googles fricken awesome. At least the guys at Google have a personality.

If you hit insert coin multiple times you can play two players =P

I agree, I like it when Google does things like this too, as they're usually pretty good. Also, it's clever marketing (as if they really need to do any though! ;) ) Today I was in the park with some friends, and heard someone shout 'Oh my God yeah the Google logo thing was AWESOME!'. It gets people talking about them, and gives them a bit of personality.
