32GB iPad 3G for 16GB Transformer

Looking to trade my perfect condition 32 iPad 3G for a 16GB Transformer. Will come with 2 USB cables and 2 chargers. Also throw in the Apple case as I wont need it anymore. I have sold 2 phones on here before. Great thing about the first iPad is it can be jailbroken. On latest release now with Cydia.
