$332 New Note II without contract?

I apologize in advance if this turns out bogus. Perhaps I'm being blinded by my desire to find a great deal. Hopefully someone else knows better than me. These websites appear to be offering the purchase of ATT Note 2 without contract for $332. Both have no images, and both are currently out of stock (I'd probably be out of stock too if I was selling them at this price).

Does anyone know if these websites are just pure scams or what?

MacMall has been around for years, and is the Apple division of PCMall, so they should be on the up and up. As to eCost, well, I have not heard about them, yet you could try googling their name, and see what pops up. Some of those rating sites should show up if they have been around any length of time.
