Help 3D graphic flashing problem

I am using a galaxy tab 3 7.0. It is running stock android 4.1.2. Whenever I open up any 3D app that is (I guess I will say) "low quality" and I move it will flash giant white triangles upon my screen. Making the game impossible to play. I don't know why it would do such a thing. It is brand new and the settings have never been messed with. Any 2D games runs amazing though. NEED HELP PLEASE!
