3ds emulator for android

Note: I haven't experimented or tried out any of them, but they all seem fairly dodgy to me!
I get the feeling that they all give you the impression that they are great and work smoothly, however it's really the complete opposite. If there is one out there that does happen to work, it would have extreme lag issues. 3DS would use a faster processor first of all, and it would also be a different kind.
So my conclusion; Yes, I think they are all either scams or survey-guarded.
