Help 3G Doesn't Work

i was rooted with transform ultimate kernel package and Ubuntdroid beta 2, but my data wasn't working. There's no 3G symbol and if i try to use the browser or the market it says no network connection.


i thought it might be a problem with the kernel or rom, so i used vampfo's 2.0.9 kernel and vanilla rom, but there is still no network connection.

does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

menu>settings>wireless & networks>mobile networks>3g data.

Then, menu>settings>about phone>system updates>update profile.

i wonder how the 3g data option got unchecked in the first place
