Help 3g gets diconnected if any call or message is recieved

Hi Any one is facing the above problem....

I have to go switch off the packet data option from settings and switch it on again....

Can I have any solution for this weird behavior.....

If you are on a cdma network your 3g will be put on standby if cellular data is being transmitted. Thats normal because the radio doesn't support simultaneous voice and data. Voice trumps.
