Help 3G help pls

Hi i would like to ask for ur help cuz i cant get my phone to use 3G it only uses 2G and i cant find where to choose WCDMA only
Any help would be appreciated

had already test the code and it doesnt workand the app says permission denial(or something) iI ll write the error in here later
