Pls my mom's alcatel A464BG phone is stuck on the edge network alone, and from the specs it says it's 3G enabled.

Is this a Tracfone device, an "Obama phone"? Are you in the US, and are you sure it's fully compatible with your carrier network? Who is your carrier?

Because I believe this phone is only fully compatible with certain United States networks, and no other country or region.
