Help 3G on and off widget

I rarely have a need to change the setting so when I do I just go to Menu->Settings->Wireless & networks->Mobile Networks, 3G Data and try to save some RAM by not running a widget. :-) If I had a 4G phone, I'd probably use a 4G widget to toggle it on/off and save battery life, especially since the phones have a lot of RAM to not be an issue.
