Welcome to AF. Usually this might be an issue with either of two things. As what Guide member D-U-R-X said... Your mobile network might be turn off(unchecked), if so..this need to be on(checked) for 3g or 4g to work properly. The other thing is.. This might be network related problem. You should contact your service provider for assistance if the problem persist.
