3G speeds, your cell and you!

so i bought a Evo with sprint this past weekend and was running some speed test's with it cause it seemed slower on the net than my old iphone (yeah came from apple to droid), was wondering what other users from different carriers where getting speed wise on 3g

for me

Evo, Sprint

3g speed morning today 163 ping, 369 dl and 458 upload
*mind is morning time here* on the afternoon yesterday i was getting

171 dl and 48kb upload *it floats around that during the day*

that seems to me super slow i have anywhere from 4-6 bars


i love the droid OS btw what a piece of art...im glad i got it instead of the iphone OS 4 and the Evo is a piece of art, so far the only thing that is driving me crazy is that if i leave my charger at home im not gonna get throu the day.

can you guys post your phone, carrier and average 3g speeds please

edit: I keep my charger at work, and *if* I need to charge at home, I just plug it into my computer and charge that way.
