I'm planning on getting an Android phone as my next phone (hopefully Evo 4G ) and want to get into Android programming. I know a Java, C++, etc (Java was my first language) and realize that Android uses Java mainly for syntax purposes.
Anyway, I was wondering if there were any good premade game engines available (or is the SDK itself good enough) and if there were any physics and/or particle libraries that were available (I heard Box2D kind of works?). Most anything I make will most likely be 2D.
