Help 4.2.2 - no transparent home button bar ?

Just flashed my xperia z to 4.2.2. Just perfect!

But I dont get this transparent home button menu bar - any tips - have you got it?

Ok, I see it now - using the default launcher.

I am using Apex Launcher, and no tranparency. I guess I will have to wait for an updated Apex ?

The bar only becomes transparent when under the home screen of the default launcher. I would like to have it transparent and displaying another fraction of some apps though
