these are the htc one forums,so its not likely someone will have a good answer to your question here. it doesnt seem there is much actitivity in the mega ATR section,but ill move your post over there.
you might also try in the lounge,or one of the other more generalized sections.

This thread fell under the Galaxy Mega All Things Root threads. And trust me...you DONT want the Samsung 4.3 update. It comes with Knox and locks down the devices even more. Flash a custom recovery, then flash a de-knoxed ROM. Stay far away from Knox. If you don't know what Knox is for Samsung devices just Google it.
