4.3 screen capture question

I can't figure out how to do a screen capture on 4.3. I miss the side of the hand swipe method that was on here when I first got my phone in August of 2012-that was perfect imho.

Press Power and Home (Power first, but Home within less than a second) and hold them until you hear the shutter sound.

Odd. I've still got the hand swipe capture in 4.3 on my international S3.

Settings > My Device > Motion > Palm swipe to capture

is ticked isn't it?
