I keep getting a pop up saying the 4.3 update is available on my htc one. i deferred it a couple times, but where before it gave the option of installing now or installing later, it doesn't say it at all. going to settings and about software is not working either. in addition, wakelock detector is saying htc dm is keeping my device awake at all times because the update notice keeps popping up but not allowing me to actually update.
