Help 4.4 music problem

okay so i have a lg l9 2 and im running on android 4.4, not rooted.

the problem is that when i download an album then in the music app separates the album somehow into 2, half of the songs in one album, half in the other. i tried moving them, renaming them, but it didn't work.
