400 GB SD card in Galaxy Tab S2 8 inch

Hello everybody

Recently I asked if someone has been using a 256 GB MicroSD Card in a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8 inch, which according to several users is possible to use them without problems.

Now I want to ask, has anybody used 400 GB MicroSD cards on this tablet? I know there is a SanDisk model out there.

Thanks!

Samsung's site states the max for this model at 128GB:

while other independent sites indicate that 256GB:

In any case I don't think you should expect a 400GB microSD card to work but yes, there are several postings even here from those who have successfully used larger-than-rated cards in their devices. It'll be interesting to hear from anyone if they do have your model of Tab and are using a larger capacity card in it.
But if you go ahead with this, always spend a few days if not weeks testing it with files you already have safely backed up elsewhere, and don't put a lot of trust in its longevity. Always keep in mind you're using a non-recommended, out-of-spec card.
