Hi, welcome to Android Forums my name is rabidhunter82 and I would be happy to help. How are you trying to connect to the internet? Are you connected to WiFi or through 3g/4g data? Make sure that either your data or your WiFi are turned on, this can be done through your pull down menu.

If you are connected through your WiFi, you might want to check to see if everything is connected properly. Sometimes I need to restart my modem to get things working again. If that does not help, please repost your question. Please consider registering for Android Forums free
