how can we know what has been billed and what can I do to change this? Do there is a place to choose if we want to receive these SMS or not? I also get Two email for confirmation? Too much is too much do you think so?

Have you used carrier billing on the Play Store?
All the text is is conformation that your number is what you claim it is and that your carrier accepts mobile billing.

If it's premium charges and depending on what country you're in, you might be able to look up who the operator is for that particular SMS billing short code. If you're in the UK, can do it with PhonepayPlus.
